Stats

The Stats view is millfolio's performance dashboard — how fast it's answering on your hardware. It's built from the questions you actually ask, so the numbers reflect your Mac and your models, not a benchmark.

Per-question performance

Each answered question records its model and its work — the tokens read (prefill) and generated, and the timing. Stats rolls these into averages so you can see typical latency and throughput at a glance.

Per-version averages

Numbers are grouped per deployed version (matching the build stamp in the status bar), so as millfolio improves you can watch a release get faster — the averages update as you use it.

Tagging dedup

Stats also shows how much AI-tag work has been saved by deduplication — identical merchant descriptions are classified once and reused, so the on-device model isn't asked the same yes/no question twice. See Tag backfill for how that tagging runs.

Haven't asked anything yet? Stats fills in once you've answered a question or two on the Chat tab.
